TAHOE DONNER
For people looking for a subdivision with a wide range of amenities, there’s no substitute for Tahoe Donner. Located at the top of Northwoods Boulevard, Tahoe Donner’s nearly 6,000 homesites are more than 60 percent built out.
Amenities include camp sites, equestrian facilities, cross country and downhill skiing, a golf course, outdoor pools, 11 tennis courts, recreation center, beach and boat facilities at Donner Lake and a clubhouse.

NORTHSTAR
Northstar is a year-round destination resort located between Truckee and Lake Tahoe off Highway 267. Amenities include alpine and Nordic skiing, golfing, horseback riding (stables), a mountain bike park, adventure challenge ropes course, rock-wall climbing, orienteering and guided nature hikes are open to the public.
The properties at Northstar include homes, condominiums, and lots. Owners become members of the property owners association and pay each quarter for Swim and Racquet Club privileges and other owner-related amenities.

LAHONTAN
This private gated development offers country club facilities and a private Tom Weiskopf golf course. Located on 720 acres opposite the airport there are more than 400 homesites. There are strict architectural controls to preserve the exclusive nature of the development.

MARTIS CAMP
Martis Camp is located in the Martis Valley between Truckee and Lake Tahoe. This is a private gated golf course development located on 2,177 acres and it has its own access to the Northstar ski resort. With only 653 homesites the lots are 1.5 to 2.5 acres this is a low density development. The world class golf course was designed by Tom Fazio. There are extensive family and country club facilities.

SCHAFFER’S MILL
This is a smaller private gated golf course community that has been developed in recent years. It is adjacent to Martis Camp and Lahontan. Both completed homes and vacant homesites are available.

Old Greenwood is a 600 acre resort community located just east of Truckee on I80. It features a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and offers luxury homes, homesites and fractional home ownership.

GRAY’S CROSSING
Located in the town of Truckee, Gray’s Crossing is a residential community built around a Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy championship golf course and includes 500 acres of forested open space. The community’s has an extensive trail system for biking or hiking. As a newer community there are many homesites available as well as completed homes.
