This is a very desirable neighborhood on the north shore of Lake Tahoe with wooded settings as well as lakefront properties.
Homes in the Agate Bay Subdivision have excellent rental histories due to the Sun Club’s pier, pool and two tennis courts. Not all homes in the subdivision are members.
Agate Bay also has a number of lakefront properties some of which are close to the highway with easy access and others with deep lots with the homes set well back from the road.
The Carnelian Woods condominium complex in Agate Bay has its own amenities.
