Located on the western slope of Dollar Hill down through the Lake Forest meadow area, homes are mixed in this area with some newer homes and many older cabins and homes. Some are quality upgrades. There are lakefront homes in this area. There are also several condominium developments: Lake Forest Glen, The Northshore and St. Francis Lakeside. The proximity of these homes to the lake and Skylandia Park on the lake make it a popular area for both vacation homes and permanent residents.
